TheXUserAgreement iswritteninEnglishbut ismadeavailableinmultiplelanguagesthrough translations.XstrivestomakethetranslationsasaccurateaspossibletotheoriginalEnglish version.However, incaseofanydiscrepanciesorinconsistencies,theEnglishlanguage versionoftheXUserAgreementshall takeprecedence.YouacknowledgethatEnglishshall bethelanguageofreferenceforinterpretingandconstructingthetermsoftheXUser Agreement. IntheeventthatanyprovisionoftheseTermsisheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,thenthat provisionwillbelimitedoreliminatedtotheminimumextentnecessary,andtheremaining provisionsoftheseTermswill remaininfull forceandeffect.Ourfailuretoenforceanyrightor provisionoftheseTermswillnotbedeemedawaiverofsuchrightorprovision. All right,title,andinterest inandtotheServices(excludingContentprovidedbyusers)areand will remainourandourlicensors'exclusiveproperty.Anyfeedback,comments,orsuggestions youmayprovideregardingX,ortheServicesisentirelyvoluntaryandwewillbefreetousesuch feedback,commentsorsuggestionsasweseefitandwithoutanyobligationtoyou.
